One of the best damn series I’ve seen in a while
I have to admit when I saw the trailer with bill Murray, I was sold. I love Bill Murray. He doesn’t show up until the last episode…well he has a small part earlier, but nothing substantial.
I read it’s based on a book by Elizabeth Stout’s 2008 novel.
Series is set in Maine and Frances McDormand plays a school teacher married to Richard Jennings, a pharmacist.
It’s so well done! It’s hard to go back and watch the fluff out there after watching this series.

I just wish the handle was slightly longer. I love a shoulder bag and this one is nice, but for mass transit I need a zipper on the outside

Believe me! This film is awesome. Sean Pean is one hell of an actor. Did you know he’s directing Jan 6th riot with Bradley Cooper playing the policeman when the “tourists” threatened to hang the vice president?.

You can’t pick so it’s whatever is in season. Pricers are 4 boxes for $108.
12 boxes for $306, 48 boxe for $1152 and it says custom- pick your own quants and schedule, but I’ve never done that.
For the price you can’t beat it especially since it’s organic.
One drawback is a lot of times produce is ripe, so start eating and cooking asap.
I love it especially when I don’t always make it to farmers market. I’m becoming picky about what markets I can get to lately. The closest one, every Tuesday (lame, hardly any vendors) and Saturday, more vendors, but nothing out of the ordinary. I really like Berkeley, SF Ferry Bldg and Kensington. At least Kensington (Sunday) has corn from Brentwood. :)

It IS pricey!!!! But it is so well made. You really do pay for what you get. I got the classic pillow board frame. The bed back just seemed overpriced to me and the pillow board works fine.
They said it could be together in about 15 minutes. It took us longer. Why? It's heavy and we aren't that strong. BUT it goes together beautifully.
I first read about Thuma in NY Times Wirecutter section. A woman during Covid bought it sight unseen and loved it. That's what I did as well since not being very mobile with knee.
If you are looking for a really well made bed frame with Japanese joints you can't go wrong.

I read that the company was in Arizona and I wanted something made in the USA as I think we still have some industry standards going. (Before the capitalist pigs eliminate that as they have done everything else, right?)
I orignally wanted a Dreamworld mattress and Costco had a really great price on sale around Memorial Day. I hesitated and it was sold out almost immediately.
Bottom line. Do I like this mattress? It says it's medium firm. Honestly, it's toooo soft for me, but I'm living with it for now. I don't know IF I can make it any firmer. I don't want to add plywood to tthe beauttful Thuma frame so that leaves a mattress pad. Will that work?

What is Piri Piri? It's a hot chili pepper originally from Portuguese explorers in south Africa. It's used to make a spicy sauce with chili garlic and oily or acid base. It's very tasty and not that hot.
Guess I'm out of it, as never had piri piri before. I wish it was more easily found and salads like this, but my hood....HA HA HA HA.

The meds are unlocked. Ben, Dr. Weber, played by Slavko Popadic (my 2nd favorite character) is a junkie.
He still works regardless and helps the poor.
Great writers and actors. WOW. Let me know if you watch this series and hopefully they will be a 2nd season…but that means I might have to pay Apple. (Right now I got it FREE) I plan on rewatching with subtitles before my free subscription is gone. I bet it’s even BETTER.

Worth watching? Yes, just to eyeball Jeremy Allen White from the Bear. :) One can see what a real artist the Boss is in this movie as it shows his process for writing songs.
I love the childhood memories, as it reminds me of home.
